By acquiring the Gift Certificate through the app, visiting the restaurant, and displaying the redeem button located in the app's menu bar under "My Gift Certificates" to the server, your certificate will be promptly redeemed at the end of your meal. The process is both straightforward and user-friendly.

Moreover, some restaurants may choose to provide a percentage discount on the overall bill. In such cases, customers need only display the redeem button from the "My Offers" tab beneath the app’s menu bar.

You can encourage your favorite dining establishments to partake in Munchee Hub and propose offering Gift Certificates to their clientele. Restaurant owners can easily claim ownership by logging into the app and selecting to 'Own this Place' through the banner featured on the main listing page. By claiming their restaurant, owners can swiftly devise and promote Gift Certificates or Discounts in a matter of minutes.

When registering, each restaurant is assigned an exclusive numerical code for identification and redemption purposes. This profile-specific code is crucial for servers to redeem Gift Certificates or percentage discounts shown via the 'REDEEM' button on customers’ phones. Post claiming your restaurant ownership, this unique code can also be located in the admin section of your account under 'MY RESTAURANTS'. Familiarize all servers with this code to ensure smooth certificate redemption; any redeemed certificates will be indicated as 'redeemed' within your admin section.

It is important to note that Munchee Hub does not deduct any portion from your certificate earnings; however, regular payment gateway processing fees apply for customer charges, aligning with industry standards. Earnings from certificates will be deposited into the registered account number on file by the following business day, with potential variations based on banking weekends.
